Local inventory and selling help
Topjib for Lake Travis brokers and marinas
Help local buyers understand the boats you are authorized to represent. Start with accurate inventory, useful photos and a clear person responsible for updates and inquiries.

What you can do today
- Submit a free listing with the owner's authorization and photos you have permission to publish.
- Request management of an existing boat page through the account-based review process. Approved managers can maintain marketing text and photos; changes to vessel details, price or status require review.
- Use the approved manager workspace for your listings' inquiries and information quality checks. Inquiry stages are recorded manually; a received inquiry is not a qualified buyer or completed sale.
- Discuss an authorized inventory source. Feed intake requires permission, a revocable source and review before publication; there is no automatically activated dealer feed.
A practical first pilot
- Choose up to three real boats you are authorized to represent.
- Confirm the current asking price, known identifiers, condition, included equipment, photos and supported location. Agree which contact and content may be published.
- Name one person responsible for availability and price updates, and agree how those updates will reach Topjib.
- Review the actual inquiries, response effort, listing accuracy and resulting viewings together after an agreed period. Record what happened and what remains unknown.
A pilot is a proposed collaboration. This page does not claim existing partner results, an exclusive territory, guaranteed inquiries, a sale or a software connection that has not been authorized.
For marina offices
Help keep the Lake Travis marina guide accurate: confirm official visitor access, parking, boarding directions, public business contacts and published services. A marina reference is not proof that a particular boat is berthed there or that its slip can transfer.
What to bring to a conversation
Share a public inventory or business URL, the boats you can authorize, your preferred update process and the buyer questions you most often receive. Use Topjib's business contact to arrange the next step. Do not publish customer lists or private documents in a listing.
Owners looking for a broker
The local selling-help directory lists sourced programs to investigate. Directory inclusion is separate from a Topjib partnership or a verified marine-dealer license. Confirm the provider's services and fees directly.
