Submit boats for review, claim existing listings and manage approved boats through your free portal. Approved listing updates refresh the map, search, comparisons and eligible highlights together.
Manage an existing boat
Open the boat page, request management and provide evidence of your authority. After approval and email verification, use Manage boats & inbox to submit price, photo, description and availability updates. Confirm still available without changing the listing’s other details. Off Market preserves the listing and its recorded asking-price history.
Authorized inventory feeds
Topjib Admin creates a separate revocable source token after recording the operator’s permission and official source URL. Your inventory system can POST JSON to https://www.topjib.com/api/inventory-feed with Authorization: Bearer YOUR_SOURCE_TOKEN. Keep tokens on your server; never put them in a public page.
The request contains an items array of up to 50 real inventory records. Each item requires your stable externalId, public seller name and a values object. Optional HIN and TX registration identifiers help flag duplicates. Feeds stage requests for Admin review; they do not publish automatically.

Source matching and price history
Keep external IDs stable. Repeat copies of the same record are ignored. New source records that match an existing HIN or TX registration are flagged for review; Admin must associate the feed record with the existing listing before a later update can proceed. Missing records are left unchanged. Send an explicit pending or unavailable status when appropriate; a disappeared advertisement does not establish a sale.
What happens after review?
Approved changes become visible within approximately 15 seconds on a fresh page load. Existing open pages show their loaded snapshot until refreshed. The original import date remains visible separately from seller availability confirmations. Feed submission, management approval and dealer licensing are separate facts; none implies an inspection or verified ownership.
